This is a link to the current web page where the Dept of Home Affairs appear to be providing updates in respect of visas in relation to travel to Australia the Coronavirus / COVID-19 https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/news-media/current-alerts/novel-coronavirus At the time of writing there are no restrictions to South Africans coming from South Africa who have not travelled in/via any of the restricted countries within (currently) the last 14 days.
