Unfortunately you MUST have a genuine offer of employment in a Designated area of Victoria to make use of this visa. Hopefully the other states/territories will not enforce the same restrictions. I wonder if this will result in people taking up 482 visas to get there, and then convert to this one once they arrive. If the processing time is too long, that job offer won't hang around so doing the 482 and then converting seems like a standard idea?
