Applying for a Skilled Visa- Need Advise please

Hi All,

 

My sister is looking to apply for a Skilled Visa to Australia via a company called Pathways in NSW, Australia. They seem to have been one of the only agents who confirmed that their skills fall on the short term skills shortage list, meaning that they may be eligible for a state sponsored visa. Anybody heard of Pathways and any extra advise would be appreciated.

You might check to see if the person she is working with is a Registered Migration Agent.  You say they are in NSW it would be against Australian law if they were working in Australia and not registered.

Companies are not registered but individual agents are: put the surname in at https://www.mara.gov.au/
