AlexEJ
Do I have this right that all three will cost the same for me and my wife? $3755 (For me the Main Applicant) plus $1875 (For my wife) There is an additional charge if he does not do the English of $4885. She will definitely be doing the English test with e to not pay that charge.

Those charges are correct at the current time (189/190/489 and the 186/187), be aware that they generally increase (recently by CPI) in July. The secondary charge for any additional adult applicant who does not have Functional English would only be raised where the person cannot prove they have Functional English. The charge entitles the person to undertake English lessons upon reaching Australia.
1 KayB
Yes. The pricing is correct. Although the visa benefits and requirements differ, the costing is the same. The English requirements for accompanying spouse are low. It’s better to write the test even if you have to repeat a few times than to pay the second installment. If you pay your wife will be mandated to go for English lessons which is not cool in my opinion. Edited March 1, 2019 by KayB
