Hi everyone,

 

I just received feedback from DHA.

 

My wife's parent's changed her name when they moved to a new city she was 8 years old.

 

The reason for this was kids at school made fun of her name.

 

DHA requested evidence of her name change and that our PCC must include the previous name?

 

Not even sure why we put it in the application in the first place.

 

I have no idea how to go about this issue?

 

Has anyone been in a similar situation?

 

We only have 28 days to respond to this so any help will be immensely appreciated.
