The process for an electrician / electrical technician

Hi all ! 

 

Hope that you all all are keeping well.

 

I was hoping to get some advice /opinions. 

My brother is interested in getting a visa  (PR - 190). He is currently a electrical engineering technician but has worked as a electrician at the same company as well. 

 

Which one would be easier to apply for ?

Has anyone who is a electrician or a electrical engineering technician had any success or is in the process and could point me in the right direction.

Definitely electrician. As an electrician you can do the work of a technician but technicians and even engineers are not allowed in an electrical panel.
