Hello JA, no you cannot.  If you do this any future visa application will be refused and you will lose your application fee.

 

You may want to have your skills re-assessed as an Accountant.

Also, I think you can only get one assessment from a specific body. So if you used CA ANZ to assess external auditor and they update that the accountant general, your external auditor assessment would be replaced with the latter one.

 

My I ask why you are considering changing your EOI from auditor to accountant?
