HiItsme Posted January 10, 2019 Report Share Posted January 10, 2019 As an Australian citizen arriving in South Africa on a SA passport (requirement).....If you encounter any problems whether you are guilty or not......can Australia step in and assist you... or does one fall under the SA law ? Nev Posted January 15, 2019 Report Share Posted January 15, 2019 Yes, if you enter south Africa as a south African citizen (Which is required by south African law if you have a RSA passport), they you are not a Australian citizen in a foreign country, you are a RSA citizen in their home country This is one of the reasons we considered when deciding to drop our RSA citizenship Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
