I am turning 40 on 11 Decemeber 2018, my question is what are the steps now? Is there another ITA we are waiting for from the government that I have to get before I turn 40? SD_MOA Posted September 26, 2018 Report Share Posted September 26, 2018 Hello IlzedP, Congratulations on your ITA from NSW! I recommend you submit the sponsorship application as soon as you can (you have 14 days from date of ITA). NSW typically take about two weeks to process the sponsorship application and if it is successful you will immediately receive the ITA for the SC190 visa. As soon as you receive the ITA for the visa the clock stops ticking and you will have 60 days to submit the visa. So all being well you should have sufficient time. I hope this helps!
