Jelly
Hi all Hope everyone's doing well! Long story short - we are unable to get IRP5s and all payslips for my wife's employment (3 years). Has anyone managed to get the skilled employment points without IRP5s and all payslips? We have the following: Signed employment contracts for all 3 years (original + 2 extensions) Bank statements showing salary from the company every month for all 3 years Statement of service to the company Reference letter from the company We have 1 payslip per year for each year worked there (i.e. 3 payslips). Does the above seem sufficient to claim the 5 skilled employment points for a 189? Thanks all, really appreciate it!
SD_MOA
Hello Jelly, The above proof does sound like it will be sufficient but you can normally have IRP5 or ITR12 reprinted from the SARS efiling site: http://www.sarsefiling.co.za/ Regards

Tntaglia
We used the SARS statements from the website with no issues.
