TeeTMI Posted November 19, 2017 Report Share Posted November 19, 2017 Skilled Visas - Occupation Lists updates The Department of Employment undertakes regular review of the new Short-term Skilled Occupation List (STSOL) and Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL). The Department has developed a Traffic Light system to flag possible changes occupations currently listed on the STSOL and the MLTSSL. Potential Changes to the STSOL (and the actual occupations will not be known until lists are released) flagged for consideration in this (Dec/Jan) round are: Potential Removal of: 141999 Accommodation and Hospitality Managers OFF 142114 Hair or Beauty Salon Manager OFF 223112 Recruitment Consultant OFF 312112 Building Associate OFF Consideration of adding: 242112 University Tutor 272314 Psychotherapist 612112 Property Manager 612114 Real Estate Agent 612115 Real Estate Representative At the current time it has been suggested that it is unlikely there will be changes for the MLTSSL strategic skills list.
