TeeTMI Posted November 15, 2017 Report Share Posted November 15, 2017 (edited) Legislation Change relating to 187 Employer Nominated Regional Visas. New legislation commencing on the 17th November 2017 has excluded Perth Metropolitan post codes from the definition of 'Regional Australia' for the purposes of the 187 visa. The Migration Agents Industry is currently trying to obtain confirmation of whether the government has made any transitional arrangements made in respect of this for people with applications submitted that are currently waiting visa processing.
