Yesterday I received an invitation to apply for a Victoria State nomination for a 190 visa for developer programmer 261312 with 6 points (eclxudining state nomination).  I have started with the application and at one stage I am asked whether I have friends or family in Victoria or in Australia to determine commitment.  Is it a bad thing if I say no?
