The plan is for her to apply from within Australia and I have few questions that I am struggling to get clarity on from the website. - Does she qualify to apply at her current age of 69? - What are the Medical requirements and limits on a bridging visa for the 804? - Does the bridging visa expire, seen in the light of the 30 year processing time? - Does she qualify for Medicare or will she need her own Medical insurance? - The website says that AoS fees will be deducted after 2 years.
