Alchemist
189 is not employer nominated. its skilled visa and its the best you can get if you have the points.
Kayleigh
@Alchemist.... I was so upset yesterday when I saw that my husbands occupation had moved from 1 visa list to another that I even got the visas wrong. I do apologize. I meant that it is now on 186 (not 189 like previously stated).
Alchemist
understood. Things are in serious flux it seems. so what does that emtail 186? Do you have an agent helping or you doing this solo?
Kayleigh
186 is employer nominated. My husband has many years experience in his line of work (but no Qualification), so i have no doubt the skills assessment will come back positive. But seems the only way we will be able to immigrate is with a job offer......
