None of our skills are on the MODL and will only start with our application early 2007. I’ve heard that it would take anything between 9 – 12 months. Can anyone confirm this?Thanks, Pippa! So julle gaan nog lank in SA wees as julle eers begin 2007 aansoek doen. Kyk seker dan na einde 2007 of begin 2008. Dis darem ver jong! Ek sou nooit so lank kon gewag het nie. Sal baie graag vroer wou aansoek begin doen, maar ek kry net 50 punte vir my skills en kort 10 punte vir 136. Daarom moet my man eers toegelaat word as prokureur voordat ons kan aansoek doen. Michelle Posted March 30, 2006 Report Share Posted March 30, 2006 Pippa.Ons het Desember ons vorms ingestuur en teen Junie gehoor ons aansoek is goedgekeur. So dit het so 6 maande gevat. Sorg maar net dat jou unabridged geboorte sertifikate, paspoorte engelse toetse ens voltooi is sodat jy so gou as moontlik die vorms kan instuur. alsgal Posted April 7, 2006 Report Share Posted April 7, 2006 Hi Pippa,Our MODL application was submitted in December 2005 and at the time our acknowledgment letter stated that applications are taking 4 to 6 months to complete. We are at just over the 4 month mark and we already have a case officer. My man is op die oomblik besig om te studeer deur University of New England om toegelaat te word in NSW. Hy is al reeds in 2002 in Suid Afrika as prokureur toegelaat en het dus vrystelling gekry vir meeste van die vakke. Hy moet basies net 3 akademiese vakke voltooi en 4 praktiese vakke. Praktiseer jou eggenoot in Australie? Sodra hy toegelaat word gaan ons aansoek doen vir Skilled Migration. Alhoewel hy in NSW toegelaat sal word sal hy deur die law of mutuality na Victoria toe skuif, want ons wil vreeslik graag in Melbourne "settle".Ek sal graag wil weet hoe jou eggenoot dit gedoen het en of hy/sy ook eers toegelaat moes word.
