Help Please

Hi there. Can i get some help from the hosts? I have been on the forum for almost 4 years and logged up about 1000 posts. I could not log in today and thought i had messed up my password. I sent a mail asking for help and i was sent an email with a new password in it. I logged in using my password and seem to have lost all my stuff. My private mails, friends,timeline etc, starting from post 1 again...

Can someone help me?

My previous profile was AllisonW, not Allison. It is still there and it seems to be a seperate profile but i cant seem to log into it...
