I need to be in Autsralia within the next few weeks for an interview,and now need to apply for a short term visa.

On the form it wants dates from "when to when" I intend on being in OZ.However,the company that is going to pay for the tickets have not bought the ticket yet because they want to wait until I get my visa.How then,can I put dates on the form??

Anyone got advice?

The dates do not have to be precisely correct. You can just give an estimated timeframe. They will issue a single entry visa for a period of 3 months and you can travel to Oz anytime within that timeframe. Travel plans are always changing so it would be impractical for them to issue visas for exact dates. Hope that helps!
