Ja ons rits te veel rond, Ouma is bietjie moeg en gaan slaap vroeg, en ek kan ENIGE verskoning uit dink om NIE in te haal met admin en werk laataand nie! Daar was vir 'n tyd lank amper geen aktiwiteit op hierdie UK Coffee club idee nie - en toe vang my oog toevallig dat die UK ook onder die Coffee-clubs genoem word en nou is hier so baie om te lees! Dit is great! Dankie man!Maar ek sien almal gaan omtrent Guildford toe vir dienste! Ons is Loughton bywoners!Ek wonder - wannneer die weer eendag lekker is....nee, kom ons glo dat dit sal...moet ons miskien 'n reeling tref dat ons almal na 'n Guildford diens dalk iewers moet gaan piekniek. As ons die kerknaweek mooi kies en dit val in 'n halfterm break of vakansie kan mense van verder, soos Kaalvoet in Manchester, ook dalk afkom vir die kuier!Ek het nou vergeet wie so gese het - maar hoef Britse paspoorthouers regtig egtig nie die IELTS toets gaan skryf nie!En nou wonder ek, wie van julle was verlede Sondag (16de Maart) na die Aus Skills Expo in London? IlaniHello Illani!Ons is geskeur tussen WA en Victoria. my, wil amper se: VERPLIGTE kriteria is relatiewe nabyheid van 'n internationale lughawe, hospitaal, kus en SA netwerk van vriende.Ons is nogal lus om die rural dorpies 'n go te gee, miskien selfs op die 475 visa, want daar is geen haas as ons eers voet aan wal gesit het nie! Aus is waarheen ons nou finaal gaan. Klaar gepraat. Ons sal nie weer immigreer nie - ek moes my man belowe! Tensy hy natuurlik sielsongelukkig is, maar dan weer moet hy eers 10 jaar uithou soos ek hier in UK het! Teen daai tyd het ons lankal al (DV) Aus burgerskap ook! WA is op die oomblik ons favourite! Hoop dat die jaar is beter maar sover weet ek nie....Maar anderdag op die forum toe se iemand hulle verkies steeds die Britse somer Wel die twee of drie dae wat ons het daarvan ja!!Ek het nog steeds nie die Australia ding aan die gang gesit nie, ons wik en weeg nog. Julle moet my tog op hoogte hou van hoe dit in Oz is en wat is beter of slegter as die UK. Laas Dinsdag was so 'n mooi dag hiero - die kinders kon buite speel en ons het buite gesit en ons nie bekommer soos in SA nie. I was born and raised in Sydney and country NSW - left Oz in late 1993. Chris was born and raised in Cape Town and left SA in 2007. I've been a dual Oz and UK/EU citizen for ages. Chris is currently applying for UK/EU citizenship. We are getting married in SA in Feb 2015 and looking at moving to Oz.Have no questions or anything just yet and am happy reading through the thousands of previous posts at the moment - but hoping to become a familiar member to everyone in coming weeks and months.
