This is 1st week of the quota system andmy migration Agent has informed me that she has contacted the Pretoria Embassyand the have asked her to send my passport which she did today. I have to waitmax. 2 weeks for result.Please help?When they ask for your passport, does that mean its been approved.I know I am stressing, I want to book my flight to Melbourne on 9th August.Will there be any other problem because when I applied, my fiance was inBrisbane and he has now relocated to Melbourne for a good job offer and startedworking and got a flat. I have updated this info with my Migration Agents becausemy fiance is my sponser. My Agents has not given this new details as yet to the PretoriaEmbassy. Guest Larry Posted July 5, 2006 Report Share Posted July 5, 2006 Usually, when the Aussies ask for your passport, it is for them to insert the visa.But the only advice that I can give is to not book your ticket until the passport, with visa, is back in your little paw!
