Possible for PCC application not to come up in tracker?

Hi guys

Is it normal/possible for your PCC application not to come up in the SAPS tracker? Has anyone else submitted and received certificates back, but not been listed on the tracker?

I think it takes a while to be loaded on the tracker. I have a physical receipt that mine was handed in on the 28th in Pretoria but I also get no results on the search.

I did mine and it only started showing on tracker once they started process and sent me a sms confirming

That was 9 January and still waiting

I heard they are behind and it can take more than 4 weeks

Yes,

Mine didnt come up, phoned after 7 weeks as it was the last doc. Was told after holding on for 35mins before someone picked up that it was ready 4 weeks ago. Told them I received no sms and not showing on tracker.

Received sms and updated on tracker 2 weeks AFTER I picked it up. Hound them if it is after 4 weeks.
