marko
I was wondering if anyone on here have done their vetassess for refrigeration and does it include electrical as it is stated as such on the vetassess website? Also is there anyone who have done this test recently and have any tips or advice, what is the test like, should I have my own tools, what should I focus on regarding calculations, superheat, etc etc, 2hat gasses do they use and do they expect explanations about the pressure enthalpy chart etc?Another thing is that as far as I saw that in OZ one can only work under supervision even with the vetassess qualification and that you should redo some qualifications on that side through tafe or so ething similar. How long would this take and at what cost? It seems like a bloody minefield just to be able to work in my trades again on that side. Then the same questions also apply to electrical as im also a qualified electrician and would like to have both trades to work on there as they go hand in hand.....anybody with any advice?it seems like a daunting task to say the least.... ottg
Unfortunately I cannot help you. However AIRAH is the official Australian Institute of Refrigeration and you may find the information in their career section.http://www.airah.org.au/iMIS15_Prod/AIRAH/Careers/Careers%20Resources/AIRAH/Navigation/Careers/Careers%20Resources/Careers_Resources.aspx?hkey=2438f5d3-10b0-4446-93ab-812a003a46a9Look for any pointers from this Electricians online community website. Often electricians may also have refrigeration certifications. Once you register and befriend them I'm sure they will be willing to give some answers.
