Jacques Leemans Posted October 24, 2014 Report Share Posted October 24, 2014 Hi,If the father of a dependant in our household, is not involved in the dependents life, is not stated on the birth certificate, had my wife's maiden surname, and now in turn has my surname after the marriage, what would we need to apply for his visa ?There is no record of the father anywhere, no contact details, no contact.If anyone is maybe a immigration lawyer on this forum, that could advice us on how we should go about this, it would be a great relief and help Kind Regards, Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
