So the most useful information on the letter is1) The contact details of your broker.2) What your broker would need to find your account in his files. e.g. your name, account number, when you cancelled your insurance, what products you took out, etc..Its also not bad to mention if you have had no claims.In my case they just accepted my word that I had made no claims in RSA. But I am sure they would want to follow up with my RSA broker if I wanted to put through a large claim.
