I have a BComm. Done MYOB. Do I do office volunteer work at churches schools nonprofit and study CPA at 45! Younger candidates. What suggestions? There may be a course that I don't know. monsta Posted August 1, 2014 Report Share Posted August 1, 2014 Good luck! We are hiring people at work. We struggle! For example we hired someone who left within 4 months. So, don't get depressed if you get a few Nos along the way. People can be very good at putting on a mask. The reality is that often the person who tells the company what they want to hear will get the job. Those people are usually the ones the company will regret hiring.
