RosemaryC
Today came with the shocking news that DHL lost or had stolen from them, they aren’t actually too sure, our Engineers Australia approval certificate. Shocking to think that we thought by actually using them we would get the certificate safely. And we have no idea where it went missing? In SA or Aus? All of this gets too stressful and expensive when stuff like this happens. Now we will probably have to pay another 105 AUD to get the certificate reissued. Just had to let some steam off. HadEnoughofJuju
Hey RosemaryC, this process is stressful enough without this kind of thing happening. Hope you get it sorted out without any issues.
Jordy
Was the package insured? If so make sure to claim replacement costs and repostage costs.Still a nasty to happen.
SAHort
That really sucks, I also used DHL for all my stuff and luckily everything went fine, and the time frames were seriously tight! Good luck.
neburr
Hi RosemaryCI am really sorry to hear of your ordeal.DHL tracking is usually top notch. Please do not settle for them saying to you, that they are unsure where the documents were lost. At each stage gate they are electronically checked in and out.Yes, you can go throughout the bother of getting replacement copies, but if DHL can trace it will save you another headache. I suggest that you get them to determine exactly where the documents went astray while you simultaneously follow up to get a duplicate copy.

Joeemm
Cheez that must be very frustrating! I sent a memory stick (not much value, but some content a relative needed) guess what... it never arrived!gone no way to trace once it left Oz, I forgot how postage is in SA, so now I have to reassemble the stuff and hopefully DHL will work for me.
