Hi all, on my wife's page, Kevin. Am in Gawler and desperately seeking employment preferably in the automative / tyre industry, as that is largely where both my experience and expertise lie.

My work experience, though mostly inthe automotive industry is quite diverse.
I have a valid Australian PR visa, and am in Gawler South Australia, approximately 45 mins from Adelaide. For the last ten years I have held the position of factory manager at a tyre retreading plant owned by Bridgestone South Africa. I am also a qualified Auto Electrician. I did however move out of Auto Electrics to take on amore managerial path in my career.

I have completed several managerialcourses during my time at Maxtsolutions, however the bulk of my jobhas been based on self help and managerial skills, due to both my locationand the shear distance needed to travel to our regional head office.

I would ideally like to continue mymanagerial career in Australia , preferably in the tyre industry aswell, however I am realistic and realize that starting again maybe necessary, and have no qualms in accepting more juniorpositions, as well as studying further in order to fulfill my managerialpotential. I would gladly undertake any further training deemed necessaryfor any position made available to me.

I am certainly a team player and alwaysput the company’s interests first and have done so for whomever Ihave worked for. I am a hard worker.

With all your Bridgestone experience, have you thought of making contact with them and checking if they have anything they could offer you?

Hi Kevin,
My apologies, but are you currently in Australia? It`s just that your profile location still shows Swaziland, but reading your post it appears that you are in Australia? Are you still with the retreading company a syour mail also shows that this is the position you have had for the past ten years?

I am in Gawler South Australia and was a factory manager in Swaziland until two months ago. I am looking to find a job in the tyre industry or a derivative of......If you hear anything drop me a line.
