Hi me again!!!!!!!!!!!

And still no word from our dear case officer, which can only mean one thing - Steve's meds are STILL awaiting clearance.

I must admit we are getting worried now as its been 5 weeks since the meds arrived in Sydney.

Someone answered a thread or topic and gave an e-mail contact for the health operations in Sydney but having brain drain right now I can't find it anywhere.

So ANYONE out there, do you know of a contact tel number or an e-mail address where someone can enquire about their medical status?

Has anyone actually done that or know if its possible. I don't want to pee anyone off over in Australia.
